John Feldt, founder of Blue Water Outlook, provided a seasonal outlook for rainfall and water resources to the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Stakeholders (ACFS) Governing Board on September 13th. ACFS’s mission is to achieve equitable water-sharing solutions among stakeholders that balance economic, ecological and social values, while ensuring sustainability for current and future generations.
John provided an update on key weather, water, and climate factors driving the outlook for water resources over the next year.
