Here is the latest U.S. Drought Monitor, which was just released this morning.
Some of the more significant changes include:
Drought Starting to Expand Over Oregon—D0 drought has expanded.
Modest Improvement in Georgia—there has been a 1-category improvement due to recent rains.
Overall (for the contiguous U.S.) % in D1 to D4

Upper Midwest Winter Storm
An early season winter storm is moving over the upper Midwest. This system will produce 6-12 inches of snow over northern Minnesota. Winter conditions are also occurring over northeastern North Dakota. This system will push into Canada tonight.
Soaking Rains—Northeast U.S.
A series of cold fronts will pass over New England the next few days and this weekend. 1 to 2 inches of rain are possible in this region.
Tropics—Quiet on the Horizon
Tropical Storm Oscar is located well out into the Atlanticand is moving away from the U.S.
