Blue Water Outlook covers major hydrometeorological events. Hurricane Sandy is expected to result in extreme rainfall and flooding over portions of the Mid Atlantic and Northeast U.S. late this weekend and next week. BWO will provide a briefing once or twice a day throughout this event.

I know that a number of my subscribers might not have a concern in the area that Sandy is expected to impact thus I don’t plan to send out email notices to all subscribers.
